How it began

TCG was established in San Francisco back in 2014 when the company founder Alex Besakirsy decided he wanted to build an innovative one-stop service for business and first-class travelers. Using his past industry experience in combination with his personal vision, the first team and office were open in California that year. Since Alex is originally from Europe, he quickly realized the huge potential in Ukraine and a little over a year later the first overseas office was opened in Kiev.

Currently, our Kiev team consists of over 60 profession- als working in various departments - Sales, HR, Marketing, IT, Ticketing and Business Development. Some of our first employees are already in management positions and the growth opportunities don't stop there. We are looking to grow our Kiev team to over 150 members by the end of 2018.

We are building international company with strategically located offices worldwde. In the nex 3 years, we aim to become an industry leader and continue our growth in different travel industry sectors. Our clients are among the top 1% in the world and they seek service of the highest standards. We believe that investing in our employees is what will drive us to achieve our goals, thus a big part of our focus is on the team.
